Upper and Lower Long Churn caves.
An introduction to caving for Nicola and Caden.
We had a great tour of both sections of cave, climbed Dr Banisters waterfall, travered the pools or fell in and squirmed through the cheese press.  The place was packed with groups of commercial cavers but we managed to not get caught up in people jams there being just the 3 of us we were waved on through.
After about 3 hours we had been in every cross passage as well, so headed back to the hut for tea and cake followed by an intro to SRT in the wall, 
A pretty full on day of it.
