As it was a glorious day and FD fancied doing some dangly stuff, we opted for Alum. Went in via Dolly Tubs and went all way down to the sump. Turned around and made our way back out.
Trip time 3hrs

Thanks,to every one for making a old man happy! on Sunday Great trip & very interesting to see the Damian rigging, keith Mason & myself looked on in awe & amazement as Damian seemed to throw the rope & malions at the wall & they just clicked into place, talk about high speed rigging.I also thought that no one doing SRT could beat the best ladder climber for speed on a 60ft pitch looks like I will have to think again.
The views in Alum main shaft with the sunlight streaming in were supurb, hope your photos came out Chris:cheer:

I liked the rainbow in the waterfall. Don't think I've ever seen quite as much sunshine actually in the cave before.

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
